The professional staff at Brown’s Run have many years of experience in the golf industry. We are here to assist you in every component of organizing your golf tournaments at Brown’s Run.

Outings and Golf Tournaments are booked up to one year in advance and our calendar fills up quickly – call us today!
Outing/Tournament Option #1 (More than 36 Golfers)
Shotgun Start Fees – 18 holes with cart
Weekdays – minimum of 36 golfers
- $53 per golfer Monday-Thursday
- $58 per golfer Friday or Sunday
- No Outings/Tournaments allowed on Saturdays
In the event that your outing attendance falls below 36 golfers, tournament start times may be rescheduled as standard tee times at the discretion of the Director of Golf.
Shotgun Start Times/Requirements
There will be a 10% charge based on the number of players upfront to hold the date of your outing/tournament. If the outing/tournament is cancelled, the 10% charge will be fully refunded up to 7 days before the date of the outing/tournament.
November – March
- Shotgun starts decided by Outing/Tournament Organizer and Director of Golf
April – October
- Shotgun starts begin around 2:00 PM unless approved by the Director of Golf
Outing/Tournament Option #2 (Less than 36 Golfers)
We are requiring any outing/tournament that is less than 36 golfers to be a tee time start set up by the organizer and the Director of Golf.
- $53 per golfer Monday-Thursday
- $58 per golfer Friday or Sunday
- No Outings/Tournaments allowed on Saturdays
There will be a 10% charge if the outing/tournament has 20-35 golfers.
Brown’s Run is pleased to accommodate other starting times when possible. Please contact us to discuss your outing’s specific needs. Additionally, golf tournaments may be structured for 9 hole events or other special formats. We are happy to partner with your organization to create an event that meets your special requirements.
Outing/Tournament Management Services
The goal of our team is to make your planning experience as stress-free as possible. We want you to be able to enjoy your day and avoid any complications. Each successful outing requires hours of planning and preparation behind the scenes – let our seasoned team guide you through the process. All golf outing packages will be done online through the Golf Genius program which include the following value-added features:
- Team and/or individual score sheets formatted by the Golf Genius program
- Event summary sheets formatted by the Golf Genius program
- Scoring of event formatted by the Golf Genius program
- Closest to the pin and other event signs
- Registration tables
- Cart staging, complete with golfer names on carts
