Brown’s Run Executive Chef – Stephanie Laico brings more than a decade of highly skilled culinary experience to Brown’s Run Club. Stephanie partners with our Director of Events to create spectacular events. Also, Chef Laico has created a variety of menu selections to suit your individual tastes and preferences.
Chef Laico’s team offers several meal options for your events. These range from entree buffets and plated meals to carving and hors d’oeuvres stations. Then we intricately lay out meal options throughout the space to serve all of your guests. In addition, in order to meet a variety of budgets, we have various bar packages available.
A Southern California native, Stephanie has had a passion for cooking since childhood. She then graduated from Le Cordon Bleu’s patisserie and baking program, and has been in the food and hospitality industry for ten years.
Stephanie has led pastry departments in country clubs and luxury resorts across the United States. Her stops include The Garden of the Gods Club (Colorado,) The Inn at Dos Brisas (Texas,) Miramont Country Club (Texas,) and Sea Island Resort (Georgia.) Her leadership experience at Forbes Five Star resorts and restaurants cultivated a passion for the hospitality aspect of the culinary industry.
Stephanie’s is inspired by classic French and international cooking techniques, with an emphasis on highlighting beautiful colors and seasonal produce.
