We Invite You to Dine at Tavern56 at Brown’s Run! While dining amenities are generally reserved for the exclusive use of the members, on limited occasions Tavern56 is open to non-members.

Visit Tavern56 to enjoy excellent cuisine skillfully prepared by Executive Chef Stephanie Laico and her culinary staff in our recently renovated restaurant. 

Sip on one of our signature cocktails as you relax at the bar.

Sit back and take in the beautiful views of the course grounds as you savor your meal, outside dining on the patio is available when the weather permits.  While your meal is prepared, feel free to play a game on the practice green outside the restaurant.

Tavern56 is open on limited occasions to the public – Tuesday through Saturday 5 pm – 10 pm and also during our Live Music Events.  Please contact our office to discuss the benefits of a social membership. 

Dress Code
Casual sports attire (golf & tennis) and blue jeans are allowed. Shoes must be worn at all times. Bathing suits without cover-ups are not allowed in Tavern56 or on the Patio.

Meet Our Executive Chef

Stephanie Laico

We would like to introduce our new brilliant Executive Chef Stephanie.

A Southern California native, Stephanie has had a passion for cooking since she was a young child. She is a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu’s patisserie and baking program, and has been working in the food and hospitality industry for ten years.

Stephanie has led pastry departments in country clubs and luxury resorts across the United States including The Garden of the Gods Club (Colorado Springs, CO), The Inn at Dos Brisas (Washington, TX), Miramont Country Club (Bryan, TX), and Sea Island Resort (Sea Island, GA). With her leadership experience at Forbes Five Star resorts and restaurants, she has cultivated a passion for the hospitality aspect of the culinary industry.

For the past two years, she has run a successful personal chef business that combines hospitality and the creation of fresh personalized meals in the homes of local Ohio residents. Stephanie’s cuisine is inspired by classic French and international cooking techniques, with an emphasis on highlighting the beautiful colors and flavors of seasonal produce.

We are so excited to have Stephanie join our team. She will amaze you and add a special touch to the memories you continue to make at Brown’s Run.
