Brown's Run pool is surrounded by a well-manicured lawn and natural landscapes, it is easy to escape the troubles of a busy schedule and waste away an afternoon of relaxation poolside. We are proud to feature a kiddie pool and a full-size pool, complete with a 12 foot deep end and low diving board.
POOL PARTY PACKAGE PRICING
- Monday - Friday: $550
- Saturday & Sunday: $600
POOLSIDE PARTIES INCLUDE:
- 2 hour use of cover patio by snack shack comes with two tables and 20 upright chairs. Linens available upon request.
- 15 guest swim passes.
- Each additional guest pass is $10
- Licensed lifeguard on staff.
- Unlimited swim after party is over.
- Add on another hour: $250
- Optional private bar with bartender is available for an additional fee.
- 2-hour reservation to use the covered patio space for poolside party.
- Parties must choose one of the three designated time slots:
- 1 PM - 3 PM
- 3 PM - 5 PM
- 5 PM - 7 PM
PRIVATE POOL PARTY
- Rent the pool out privately: $2,500
- Up to 100 guests.
- Five hours choice of timeframes:
- 11 AM - 4 PM
- 4 PM - 9 PM
