| Entry Fee: | Men - $200 by May 15th: $225 from May 16th-June 17th (Includes 3 rounds of green fees, golf cart, driving range balls, gift certificate awards). Women - $150 by May 15th: $175 from May 16th-June 17th (Includes 2 rounds of green fees, golf cart, driving range balls, gift certificate awards). Senior Divisions only - $150 by May 15th: $175 from May 16th-June 17th (Includes 2 rounds of green fees, golf cart, driving range balls, gift certificate awards). Must have a USGA handicap to participate. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! |
| Age Limit: | Must be 16 years or older by June 23rd, unless approved by the tournament committee |
| Entry Deadline: | No entries will be accepted after June 17th. Entries can be done online at the BRCC website or hand delivered to Scott Dalton, Brown's Run Director of Golf Operations. |
| Format: | Men - 54-hole stroke play Women - 36-hole stroke play Senior (60+) - 36-hole stroke play |
| Tees: | The Championship and First Flight will be playing the Gold Tees at 6720 yards. The Second and Third Flights will be playing the White tees at 6000 yards. The Men's Senior Division will be playing from the Green tees and the yardage will be 5500 yards. The Women will be playing from the Red tees and the yardage will be 5100 yards. The Women's Senior Division will be playing from a designated marker and playing 4900 yards. |
| Playoff: | A sudden death playoff will determine the winner if a tie exists after Regulation play. |
| Practice Rounds: | A practice round is available at BRCC. Practice rounds must be scheduled Monday - Thursday, no earlier than one month prior to the event, and tee times must be made. Official entry into the event must be received before a practice round is available. |
| Groupings/Pairings: | Pairings will be available at the BRCC website or the BRCC pro shop by 5:00 PM on Wednesday. |
| Electronic Scoring: | Electronic "Live" Scoring will be available through the Golf Genius App. |
| Dress Code: | Clothing that respects the traditions of the game is required. |
| Eligibility: | Contestants must reside within a 10 mile radius of the City of Middletown City limits, which will include but not limited to Middletown, Lemon Twnshp, Monroe, Madison, Germantown, Trenton, Springboro, Franklin, Liberty Twnshp, Clearcreek Twnshp, Franklin Twnshp, and Carlisle, unless approved by the tournament committee. |
| Rotation and Starting Times: | Friday, June 21st - Starting time at 10:00 AM, men open only Saturday, June 22nd - Starting time at 8:30 AM, men - senior men - women - senior women. Sunday, June 23rd - Starting time at 8:30 AM, senior women - women - senior men - men. |
| Acceptance of Entries: | The Tournament committee reserves the right to reject any application. |
| Scoring Area: | All scorecards must be turned into the scoring table located under the pavilion behind the pro shop. |
